As a little background on me, I am a native of Denver, Colorado and have been a broker for 10 years. In addition to my Broker’s license, I have earned the advance designations of GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and SFR (Short-Sale Foreclosure Resource).  I am currently enrolled in the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) program and was awarded Rookie of the Year after my first year as a broker. I am also very active in the Douglas Elbert County Realtor Association Board and I am the President of the Board as of October 1, 2011.  I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and therefore proudly, I am a Realtor©.   I have sold property all over the metro area from Parker to Bailey and Thornton to Castle Rock.   My business has been built on referrals and by providing the best real estate service experience for my clients.
